Ethos is renown for its award-winning cybernetic operas, including The X&Y Trilogy (The Black Blood, Panoptikon, and Triskelion) and Elytra. Chad Salvata, award-winning composer of Vampyress, Pythia Dust, Elytra, and The X&Y Trilogy, is the visionary creator of this world premiere fantasy opera. Salvata has also manifested extraordinary performance installations including Bell(e), Hole, Black Tower, The 13 Circles, and HyperZoo. The 2007 Vortex THeatre Peoduction of ETHOS latest masterwork "Dragonfly Princess" provides a lush, original musical score, dynamic performances, and extraordinary visual designs. Salvata also creates fantastical;y complex costumes for all his productions, most recently in collaboration with Emily Clay and Talena Martinez. The 20-foot dragonfly crammed onto the Vortex's 19-foot stage might be a good example of opera's size. The giant bug also draws attention to the production's highly collamorative nature.

All in all, ETHOS is known for creating its own self-contained world in order to set the stage for every project they embark upon, setting their productions enrirely apart from any other form of live theatre performance.

ETHOS is currently in the midst of preparing a brand new performance for the I.AM.INDUST festival utilising an octophonic sound scenario.
